Please don't return this information in the form of a fax or PDF - we don't want to re type it into the data base - mistakes could be made.

One thing that we seek info on when developing a Search & Rescue response is who are you keeping in contact with (we hope you are of course!!!) and how you are intending to do it. 

* Will you be keeping radio skeds with anyone?

* If so, with whom, at what time and on what frequencies?

* Will you be keeping regular contact by telephone?

* If so, with whom and at what times? (NB If you are going to be out of telephone range, what radio sked arrangements will you have?)
