200km east of Laverton our holiday came to an end when a 4wd and camper trailer collided with us. We were 70 km off road on the Anne Beadell Highway and the sat phone was invaluable in allowing us to contact the police, our friends and family. 
Thanks to the ability to speak to Laverton police and the wonderful support that they provide to the community including travellers passing through we were back in Laverton 4 hours later.
One passenger was airlifted to Perth and one taken to Kalgoorlie. Both are doing well and we are very thankful that the situation was not much much worse. 
All in all a good save for the phone. Both cars were written off and we have abandoned our holiday. Phone and PLB will be sent back to you shortly.

On the up side they took the most unbelievable photos of Cradle Mountain and the surrounding ares in full snow which most of them seem surreal they are that good.
Next time Adam is going to try in Summer and we will definately use your services again.
Being able to get quick responses from yourself and Peter with any queries we had along the way was very reassuring as the personal touch is all too lacking with most businesses these days. Knowing that we had a telephone contact with you 24/7 was very comforting.

it gave me great peace of mind for Rob to have the sat phone for this trip when he was travelling by himself. It meant that we were able to keep in touch via phone each evening and importantly, I was able to relay road closures that affected his journey, so that he could plan another route without wasting valuable fuel. Having the sat phone was also a bonus after we met up as a family, still in remote areas, as we were able to contact friends/family when circumstances had changed to meet up with them.
Thankfully, there was no occasion to use the PLB, but again, it was great to have that as a backup, as we all know that things can go wrong in the bush. I know that things could still go wrong with a sat phone and PLB in one’s possession, but at least we tried to be as prepared as we could be! 
I have already recommended your business to friends and will continue to do so. We’ll be back!

The PBL has been posted and should arrive Monday.
Thankyou for your service, the PBL gave us considerable peace of mind.
We did have trouble and required recovery from the Simpson Desert.
Fortunately we had plenty of water, another vehicle passed within 8 hours and we were fixed and back on the road within 22 hours.
We were suprised about the lack of mobile phone coverage in the areas we traveled
Next time can you remind me to hire a satelite phone as well. Regards Phil
